G57 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

G57 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "g57") is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international licence. These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you ("Member", "User") and g57.

By using our services via the g57.im website, mobile app, or any other channel, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

G57 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via your registered email or a platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To register an account and play on g57, the following conditions must be met:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Withdrawals may be withheld until age verification is completed.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and capable of making informed decisions.
• Your Account: You may only use your account for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Permitted: If you have previously been banned from g57, opening a new account is strictly prohibited.

Age Verification Process

G57 reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time. You may be required to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Registration Process

When registering on g57, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information may result in account termination.

One Account Only

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address, device, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.

Password & Security

• Use a strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your password with anyone. No g57 staff member will ever ask for your password.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• If you log in from a public device or network, make sure to log out afterwards.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. g57 will not be held liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your account, unless a fault in our own security systems is proven.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 per day (fifty thousand BDT), with separate limits applicable for VIP members.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party payment accounts may be cancelled.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. VIP members receive priority processing.

KYC Verification

We may verify your identity when you submit a withdrawal request. This may require a copy of your NID card and a selfie. Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete.

G57 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms as detailed on the bonus page. The general bonus rules are as follows:

Wagering Requirements

• After receiving a bonus, a specified wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Welcome bonus wagering: bonus amount × 15.
• Reload bonus wagering requirement: bonus amount × 12.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are fully met.

Bonus Expiry Period

• Most bonuses must be used within 30 days.
• Free spins must be used within 72 hours of being credited.
• Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, claiming bonuses multiple times through family members, or meeting wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies — will result in g57 cancelling the bonus and reserving the right to close the account.

Cashback

Daily cashback is credited directly to your real balance and carries no wagering requirements. However, only net losses are considered in the cashback calculation — bonus bets are excluded.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10.
• The maximum stake per bet varies depending on the game and market.
• G57 reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.

Sports Betting

• If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Odds fluctuating during live betting is normal — the odds at the time your bet is placed are final.
• Any bet suspected of being linked to match-fixing will be placed on hold pending investigation.

Casino & Slots

• All casino games are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network disconnection, the result will be automatically settled once the round is completed.
• G57 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on g57 and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Placing bets on or playing through another member's account.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Exploiting game system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other members or using abusive language.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Placing bets using inside information related to match-fixing or participating in match-fixing in any form.

You can close your account yourself

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure any pending withdrawals are completed before closure. Self-exclusion is also available as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

When g57 May Close an Account

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to submit KYC documents within the required timeframe.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Balance Status

If an account in good standing is closed, any valid balance will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

G57 strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Issues caused by internet connection interruptions.
• Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure events.

G57 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gaming. We always encourage you — play responsibly and never bet beyond your means.

Final Decision
